Ag/Commercial Loan Officer SUMMARY: A local community bank is looking for that right person to add ot their team! There are some great opportunities for upward mobility as the bank is looking at some retirements coming up in the next year or two. 

Ag/Commercial Loan Officer RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Someone local to the Waverly area is a huge plus!
• The Loan Officer evaluates needs of potential clients and offer appropriate financial products, services, and loans
• Promote and cross-sell other products and services as appropriate to client requirements
• Provide ongoing relationship servicing with current clients to maintain goodwill and gain additional business
• Generate new business to meet annual growth goals

Commercial Loan Officer QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years in Ag or Commercial lending
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or financial services preferred
• Experience working directly with customers at all levels, from support staff to business owners and managers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, as demonstrated by previous experience interacting with decision makers and influencers
• Ability to prepare/coordinate proposals, review proposals for accuracy and work productively through the underwriting process
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task
